Pinson Logistics sent me the book I ordered, Word 2003 for Dummies, and they also added to the order, without my approval, The Everyday Life Bible. I did not notice this unauthorized addition of this book when I checked out and I was billed an extra $22.67. Is this your protocol to add things to the order in hopes that they will not be noticed? This is my last order from Amazon.com. I will not use your web site again and advise all my friends never to purchase anything from you either.

I purchased this book several years ago and after studying the information have found it to be well written in my opinion. If I do not understand some procedures it is largely because I have not had a formal class in Word. Sort of self taught. I think that it has a huge potential for desk top publishing and use it as much as I can in working on my various short narratives. My goal is to combine them, in time, to the related people or subjects.

I am mostly self trained in my computer skills. I have been taught the basics but any advanced knowledge is up to me. The "For Dummies" series has been very helpful to me in learning more computer skills. I have now developed documents that rival the ones that college educated/trained people are generating. Great for reference also. I highly recomend the series of books. I have 4 now.
