I LOVED THIS SO MUCH , I BOUGHT 3!I met Faith and found that she worked 5 years on this book. It is a wonderful array of recipes.Gourmet made simple. My daughters will love it.

I have read through Hope's cookbook and already I can tell that she has a skill to take complex gourmet recipes and break them down into fun, simple & easy steps for a novice like me. I am excited to try all of her recipes and can't wait to begin impressing others for less. I had the fortunate pleasure to meet Hope at the Philly airport by chance and she herself proves to be just as amazing as her book! I know her recipes are just as delightful as she is, and I can't wait to begin making her masterpieces. This is one cookbook you can't go wrong with. Kudos Hope!

IMPRESS FOR LESS is all that and more! A must have for having a wonderful dinner, lunch or even breakfast with family and friends. Just received my copy the other day from Amazon.com, and couldn't put the book down. Where to start, what recipe to try first. Who, do I invite over to share a outstanding meal with? My family was first with Roasted Orange Chicken Breast with Wild Rice Pancakes. It was a outstanding meal, and I made uses of the wine tips. (what a plus) My kitchen is on it's way to being a five star restaurant. Can't wait for Hope Fox to put together her next book!

This cook book is gorgeous and affordable. Being a Philadelphia girl I love the opportunity to prepare meals by chefs from our famous restaurants Le Lec-fin and Fountain Restaurant to name a couple and Hope Fox makes it possible and not hard to do. Oh how proud we feel serving up one of Hope's beautiful recipes. And I had the pleasure to meet her at a book signing and she is as warm as her cream of porcini mushroom soup all the way from where I left my heart: San Francisco at Masa's.
