Not as helpful as I needed. plus more religious than I believe. There were areas that I could build on and it is helpful to see that other parents are dealing with children that feel they are entitled to everything.

Not quite what I'd hoped for

This book was not as helpful as I had hoped. I didn't find that there were a lot of scenarios that I was able to apply to my situation.

Not bad!

Some practical steps for dealing with your adult dependent child. I would buy it again. I also liked "Setting Boundaries with Your Adult Child"
Dealing with adult children who dont seem to want to get off the payroll is very trying and getting some practical advice is important.
One book that I read was "Coping with your Grown Children" which is written more like a school paper and with no practical advice. Dont wast your money.
